We offer a 10 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with any item on our shop, you may return it for a full refund of the product price. In most cases, you will be responsible for the original shipping and handling charges. However, if you are returning the products as an error in our end like, if you received defective items or wrong items, then we will pay the entire product and shipping and handling charges. All returned products must be 100 percent complete and in perfect sell-able condition. It is highly recommended that you make your returns with prior approval by emailing us. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks after you have returned your package to us.
- Returns must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of order.
- Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. If there are any discrepancies or damages, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Any lost merchandise must be directly claimed with carrier.
- You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning.
- Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
