Shipping & Handling
We offer First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express delivery. All orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. We also offer free shipping in the United States for any order above $75. You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at “Order Status” page.
Our international rate prices are flat rate. They include packaging and handling fees. Items are shipped USPS First Class with average estimated delivery of 10 business days after your item has shipped. Sometimes delivery can take up to 4-5 weeks due to various country regulations. For any international order, Buyer will be responsible for a customs charge from your country. The price you pay us covers the product and packaging itself and postage fees. It does not cover taxes or customs that your country may add.
- In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
- We will not be liable for delays once we drop your item with the carrier. Shipping delays are out of our control.
- We will not be responsible for incorrect address supplied by the customer. If your package is returned back to us due to incorrect address supplied, we can re ship your order at additional shipping charges.
- We will not be responsible for packages left unattended upon delivery.
- We will not be responsible for lost packages. Once your package has been dropped with the carrier, the liability is between you and the carrier. In case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact the carrier to investigate the problem.
